Our palates are singing heavenly praises❣️❣️❣️😋😋😋 Chef Andre Rocks! We came here two nights in a row we love, love, lovidy, love, loved it sssooo much!!!!! Steak & Mushroom Soup, Crab Dip, Pork Nachos, Seafood Dinner with Grits & Mexican Corn, Shrimp Francaise, Florida Sweet Rum BBQ Burger… and the special, ooohhh the special that had smoked tomato jam - an absolutely divine creation, exquisite!!! Paris & Sonia were phenomenal servers, as were all of the staff kind and helpful! And the owners were kind and hospitable! And, as we continue to get up there in age, we appreciate the small environment and individual booths where we can actually hear each other! The presentations of the meals were great, but it’s more of a rarity that we are members of the clean plate club, or that you ever see that on the world-wide-web!

Today I had lunch at Millie’s, a restaurant located near Daytona Beach. I was looking for a place to take a client for lunch in the area, and this restaurant was recommended to me by ChatGPT. To be honest, the photos online didn’t immediately strike me as the type of place that would truly impress when it came to the food, but after seeing so many positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. As soon as I mentioned to my client where we were going, he immediately told me that Millie’s was a very good restaurant, which raised my expectations. Once we arrived and looked over the menu, I ordered the Shrimp & Grits, and they were absolutely outstanding. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, the flavors were well-balanced, and the dish was executed perfectly. I also had the opportunity to try a bite of a colleague’s Chicken Parmesan, and it was equally impressive. The quality of the food overall was excellent, and it’s clear that the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the restaurant could enhance its visual appearance a bit to better reflect the quality of the food being served. Our fourth time here, had a wonderful dinner with my partner, absolutely delicious. This is excellent cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Service by Carter was excellent; when a waiter anticipates your needs before you even ask for whatever you were about to ask for, you know he’s paying attention. 😄 The menu selections offer you a good range of options, both in taste and price. Parking can be somewhat limited out front, but there’s a good grassy area off the side street behind the restaurant. Millie’s is one of the favorite beachside seafood restaurants for locals, and for good reason.

We had a wonderful dining experience! The food was outstanding, and the owner and staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. We started with the crab dip and wedge salad, both of which were absolutely fantastic. For our entrées, we enjoyed Millie’s Burger and the grilled fish tacos — both were so delicious that we’ll definitely order them again on our next visit. The dining area was especially unique and charming, with each table tucked into its own separate space, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere. They also offer outdoor seating for those who prefer dining outside, and the location directly across from the Atlantic Ocean makes the experience even more special. It’s hard to imagine a better setting for a great meal!

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Millie’s last night. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxed. It felt like the perfect place to sit down, enjoy a great conversation, and share a wonderful meal together. The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, you can really tell that they take pride in the quality of their ingredients and preparation. Every dish we had was delicious and beautifully prepared. Our server was Sonia and she was fenomenal, the staff was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home the entire evening. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right! great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Millie’s to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!
